Aishwarya Seoran was born on 1997 in Churu, Rajasthan. Her father’s name is Ajay Kumar who is the Commanding Officer of NCC in Telangana Battalion. Her Mother's Name is Suman Sheoran. Aishwarya also has a brother, Aman Sheoran. she completed her schooling from Sanskrit School in Chaitanyapuri, after then she completed her graduation with Economic Honors from Shri Ram College.

Aishwarya Seoran, who is an IAS officer as well as a model. she started her career as Model. She participated in Several beauty competitions. In 2014, she was the winner of "Delhi Times Fresh Face" competition. In 2015, she was also one of the participants in "Beauty with a purpose". In 2016, she was selected one of the 21 top finalists for Miss India. In 2018, she got selected in IIM, Indore, but she quit that option to prepare for UPSC exams. In 2019 when the exam’s result was declared she got 93rd rank, she did it without coaching classes.
