The National Productivity Day is observed every year in India on 12th Feb.

Besides 12th-18th Feb is observed as National Productivity week throughout the country.

The theme of National Productivity Day's 2020 is "Circular Economy for Productivity & Sustainability".

The main observance of day is organised by National Productivity Council (NPC) for encouraging all stakeholders in implementation of productivity tool & techniques with contemporary relevant themes.

It is established in 1958 by the Ministry of Industry, Government of India. It is a national-level organisation that promotes production in India
