Chhello Divas is a Gujarati comedy film, written and directed by Krishnadev Yagnik. The movie stars Malhar Thakar, Yash Soni, Mitra Gadhvi, Aarjav Trivedi, Rahul Raval, Janki Bodiwala, Kinjal Rajpriya, and Netri Trivedi. The plot revolves around the lives of eight friends in their last year of college.

Aditya agrees to take his father to Uttarakhand to fulfill his last wishes where he accidentally meet a backpacker named Ketki Mehta. Sharato Lagu is a 2018 Indian Gujarati-language comedy-drama film starring Malhar Thakar, Deeksha Joshi, Prashant Barot, Hemant Jha, Chhaya Vora and Alpana Buch. The film is directed by Neeraj Joshi. It was released on 25 October 2018. It is produced by A. Dev Kumar and Yukit Vora from Superhit Entertainment, and distributed by Rupam Entertainment. The film is a remake of the 2017 Marathi film Chi Va Chi Sau Ka.


Malhar Thakar as Satya and Deeksha Joshi as Saavi are a couple who are poles apart in personality and are introduced to each other as prospective marriage partners. Their crazy romantic story forms the crux of the plot.

Hellaro is a 2019 Indian Gujarati period drama film co-written and directed by Abhishek Shah and produced by Ashish Patel, Nirav Patel, Aayush Patel, Prateek Gupta, Mit Jani and Abhishek Shah under the banner of Saarthi Productions and Harfanmaula films. The film having ensemble cast of Jayesh More, Shraddha Dangar, Brinda Trivedi Nayak, Shachi Joshi, Neelam Panchal, Tejal Panchasara and Kausambi Bhatt, marks the directorial debut of Abhishek Shah.

The story was inspired from folklore of the Vrajvani village in Kutch and real life instances of patriarchy.

Reva: A Journey Within is a 2018 Gujarati adventure drama film starring Chetan Dhanani and Monal Gajjar produced by Brainbox Studios and Baroda Talkies. The film is based on Gujarati author Dhruv Bhatt's 1998 Gujarati novel Tatvamasi. The film was directed by Rahul Bhole and Vinit Kanojia.


Karan is a spoiled rich 25-year-old American NRI who has an extravagant life with his needs being at the centre of his world. His grandfather passes away and leaves all his wealth in his will to a charity, an Ashram located at the banks of the Narmada river in India. The only way he could get his wealth back was to convince the Ashram to sign a No Objection Certificate. Thus, Karan embarks on a journey to the remote Ashram with little expectation of the adventures he was about to encounter that would set in motion events beyond his control.

The story was written by Prarthi Dholakia and Raam Mori. The film starring Maulik Nayak and Aarohi Patel is a story of childhood friends Montu and Bittu. It was released on 23 August 2019.


Montu and Bittu was childhood friends. Montu was in love with Bittu since his childhood. When the family was discussion about Bittu’s marriage, he is still friend. This was not only problem but when people are considered him as probable groom for Bittu, he, the one, makes things complicated. This story will drive them throughout the journey of emotions.

Thai Jashe! is a 2016 Indian Gujarati film written and directed by Nirav Barot. It is about the struggles of a middle class man to achieve his goals in the metrocity Ahmedabad. The film stars Manoj Joshi, Malhar Thakar, and Monal Gajjar. The film was released on 3 June 2016.


Pranav Joshi (Malhar Thakar) works as an industrial designer in Ahmedabad. When his father's dyeing factory in Jetpur goes bankrupt, his parents are forced to move with him in Ahmedabad. When they are insulted by his land lady, Pranav decides he has had enough and decides to buy his own house in the city. Pranav resumes his search and finds a house, which is above his budget, but decides to buy it nonetheless. Pranav and Kajal decide to get married so they can avail higher loan as the joint applicants. The film ends with Pranav, Kajal, and his parents moving into the new house.
