Brigade Kosegi completes women's fastest half-marathon

Kenyan runner Brigade Kosegi became the shortest runner in completing the half marathon by winning the Great North Run with a time of one hour, four minutes and 28 seconds.

He took 23 seconds less than the world record set by Kenyan partner Joycelyn Jepkosegi in 2017.
