Odd-Even scheme to be implemented in Delhi

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced that the Aud-Even Road Rotating Scheme will be implemented in Delhi from November 4 to 15, 2019.

The move was aimed at combating high levels of air pollution caused by harvesting residues in neighboring states in winter.

Under this scheme, odd and even-numbered vehicles are run on alternate days. It has also been experimented with the Aud-Even scheme in Delhi before.
