In a first, Karnataka to have 3 Deputy Chief Ministers

There will be three deputy CMs for the first time in Karnataka after the newly formed BJP government appointed Govind Makthappa Karjol, CN Ashwath Narayan and Laxman Sangappa Savadi as deputy chief ministers. 

While Makhtappa has been allocated the Public Works Department, Narayan and Savadi have been given the Higher Education and Transport Departments respectively.
